Love the convenience for scheduling. Wish I could "manage" multiple accounts (kids) and the Kids VIP services were available to select.

app works good. would be 5 stars in all the locations where on there. I know its privately franchised stores. just annoying I have to call the one by my house instead of just using the app

I see the new salon and a huge sign that says, "walk-ins welcome." The place was empty. I go in and asked if I have an appointment, I say "no I just thought I would try you all out and learn more about the business." She then goes, "Yeah, I'm sorry, but we don't have any openings until tomorrow. If you would like to schedule an appointment, we can do that. I look around, but still no customer. I asked if an appointment is required, and she says, "It's preferred." Hands me a flyer and walks away.

The app doesn't allow me to update my profile nor make appointments. Why do I need the app?

There is no planning ahead. You can't make an appointment on a calendar for the next day week or month . You can only make an appointment an appointment for now with in about an hour. When I am at work in the morning and try to make an appointment for after work I can't. I can only book for now, anywhere from 10 minutes to 1 hour. Also not all the stylist are there to choose from.
