The app seems to work fine but I honestly don't understand the point of the app. Every option I click on in the app just opens up a web link anyways. I think simply adding a shortcut to the Safelink login page is all I need to manage my account. It's nice to be able to just open the app and quickly be able to glance at how much data I have remaining and wish there was an easier painless way to do the same thing on the website but other than that I don't know what the point of the app is.

always Pop up and freezes up not dependable for calls coming in to let me answer them and out going calls go to empty space most the time

edit: Today it works, however yesterday was infuriating. ..... This update is certainly doomed. It's trying so hard to sign up for rewards that don't apply to my carrier, that it won't function. There is no reason to verify my age or claim that Google is at fault. I wasted hours trying to get past that, only to see it still blocking logon. The web page works fine. it just doesn't show usage stats. Not useful while it's useless.
