I really hate buying tickets on an app instead of a computer.

Confused. After creating an account, I'm trying to sign up for Hiptix, but nothing happens after submitting my photo ID. It just stays on the Sign Up Now screen where you choose to submit your passport or photo ID. Also sketchy that they don't mention what company is storing your data in their terms/privacy, only that it is a "PCI" (payment card industry) compliant third party. Additionally, the password I signed up with only works in the app and not the website, so I have to use a one-time code
