We had a frustrating experience with Priceline. We purchased 4 tickets for 4 people and paid for 4 baggage allowances— the transaction appeared to go through perfectly. Or so I thought. It wasn't until we showed up at the airport that I discovered the baggage purchase hadn’t actually gone through. Because of that, we were forced to buy baggage from Avianca at the airport—and we all know that buying baggage last minute on the day of the flight costs double. I ended up paying over $600 for baggage
I booked what I thought would be a convenient, stress-free hotel, car, and airline bundle through Priceline. The idea of bundling everything together is supposed to simplify travel—especially when you’re traveling with a family. Unfortunately, while the airline portion of the trip went smoothly and we were satisfied with that experience, everything else turned into an absolute nightmare. To start, the rental car situation was completely misleading. When you book a travel bundle, there is a very
hotel wouldn't let me check in after I pre-paid for my room because I didn't have an actual bank card (they didn't accept venmo, chime etc) & then Priceline refused to refund my money afterwards so definitely one star
I personally I don't think I've ever used this my daughter does cuz she does it for me
lousy will NEVER EVER use again...kept my money said reservation was cancelled I done paid was still at the motel just the other day left..Had to pay TWICE for March 5-6 at Budget inn...was hateful, smartass when called 4 times chatted with someone NO HELP..SO NOW JUST BLAST IT SO EVERYONE KNOWS HOW THEY DO

The pics show up horribly zoomed in. Can't filter by rating. Just offers WAY less than the website features. Edit 3/13/23... How have you STILL not fixed any issue? Not even sure who would bother with this app Edit 01/04/24 pics are still showing only zoomed in. Deleted again edit 4/23/26 stupidly downloaded this again and it ignores filters, plots hotels in random places to trick people into thinking suburban hotels are located downtown. deleted.
Booked wrong day none refundable months in advance
You can get a great bargain, but they don't always put on the total fees, and they start raising rates immediately if you shop around
