can't add funds to my wallet.
I downloaded this app to use for charging and the charger got locked.into my car and I had to be on the phone with customer service for over 20min to get them to unlock so I could take the charger out of my car! when downloaded this app there was no button to click to stop charging. I am wondering if my android phone is incompatible with the Powerflex app. UGH! 😡
It's great to charge my vehicle while working but the app needs improvements!
The app interface is terrible. It asks a lot of stupid questions when the only thing you want to start charging. Clearly the developers have never used an EV.
Horrible app fails every trip
Works for one month, then I couldn't log into it anymore.
way too many clicks to start a session. had to create an account (with stupid password requirements), enter my "session details". just let me enter my credit card and station number ffs.
This app is terrible. It is extremely convoluted and needlessly tedious. Even after going through all its tasks, it wouldn't even let me charge at the station. I hate it. These charging apps shouldn't be mandatory to charge, plenty of charging stations just have credit card readers on them.
The charge station is poorly maintained, and the app is outdated, missing current vehicle models. Don't do business with this company.
This app sucks, it derps and will leave you stranded.
