when the login expired try to get back in and doesn't recognise any of are information

the app is completely unusable. when trying to log in, the app would just restart upon completing the login in browser. i tried reinstalling the app and now it doesn't even make it to the login screen, it just hangs on a white screen after the pokemon company logo appears.
