through my experience I bought a 500K pack of silver for $10.46 and I never received it yet it has been over 24 hours what's going on with you guys are you guys into ripping off your customers because that's not good for business... I would like to receive my package of 500K silver as soon as possible please
if I had a PC I would play on it the people replying on here should think first like I'm always dealing with the game crashing can't get to the higher levels without spending money and tired of hearing bs response your not trying to make the game better just trying to get more money that's all gaming has become one big money grab

I have played for years and am considered a big spender. however I paid for a diamond card, got no benefits, unable to email support or get my money back or at least activate benefits! paid $32 4/13, next $32 charge expected 5/14, zero benefits to date. now my gold card ran out and I have no card at all! I am unable to email Raid support. it simply will not send.
downloaded through tapjoy spent all week doing the objectives and was denied all my rewards. I'd give 0 stars. I don't like liars and scammers or people that partner with them.
Definitely a pay to play game. Sure, you can "play" for "free" but you are very limited to what you can do if you dont pay. Would be a better game if they allowed better access to some of the features for everyone, not just players who spend over $1000 per week. Lastly, clans are absolutely pointless in this game and the chat system is horrible. So inviting new players is not only difficult (obtaining supposed rewards) but its also pointless free marketing for the creators.
they don let you use all the codes advertised for characters. Such as the Cheshire and Alice codes. U should be able to yse both not just one. and only one code a day is dumb. I may change if this changes
Nothing but a waste of time, you're never able to look complete anything they're constantly bringing you down and every single thing you do, every single week or every day they're always giving you equipment that's never useful.They're always constantly giving you people that are never useful.Now they've made it to the point where you can't use certain people that other people pick and it's impossible to do anything the ads are outrageous and the prices are insane
