If you need to see your bill or chat with support, that's all this app is good for. I have never been able to use this app to set up my internet. I always have to call in and only then are they able to get my internet to "work." Weird that nobody comes out, yet my internet can be fixed over the phone, but I can't set it up properly. I've had internet with a few companies and have NEVER run into that issue until Optimum. Strange if you ask me.

Amazing. Another disaster from Optimum. This app manages to have even fewer WIFI management features than the website, which has had the same "coming soon" placeholders for the past 5 years. I hope you only need to change the password or the SSID because that's it. DNS? Bridge mode? Network statistics? IP reservations? Port forwarding? Guest Networks? You can't even tell which version of WPA you're using.
