Ever since the last Update the app constantly kicks me off the VPN saying connection lost. I've tried to troubleshoot it through the reviews and responses given such as uninstalling and reinstalling. This did not work and it continues to drop the connection. Everything was fine prior to this most recent update. I am considering canceling my subscription and finding a different VPN provider.

Update: Many updates later and 5 star. I've renewed plan and use only when necessary. Forget router install as details are getting harder to find. Old: Great but way simple app. Speedy and reliable. What I miss are details, options, choices, and more details. Those that are available with the openpn protocol. Some of us like to tweak & experiment. After all, we are Android users - not Apple users. Give me this, and you'll earn my 5 stars.

Recently, even when connected via obfuscated servers, many websites / Apps / providers are asking to turn off the VPN, e.g., Youtube. So, what's the point o using it? it's getting increasingly useless over time.

Not one to complain or give bad reviews unnecessarily, with multiple attempts on my own and with support couldn't get this acct fully accessible, issues with MFA just went in circles. Asked for a refund and given unrelated answers . Still waiting for full refund/ response.
