This is the worst application I have ever encountered! I can't even get all my info entered. It keeps giving me error messages for things like my phone number! Very not user friendly!

if you want to waste alot, and I mean alot of time, and discover that you know curse words that you've never heard before, and break things that are very sentimental to you, just try doing ANYTHING on this app, and it will happen. And if this is the most convenient way to stay in touch with people who are locked up, they're going to get awfully lonely
hard to use the app and I still can't use the same things as my wife I just wanted to send a message to her this is horrible app securus is easier to use this is a garbage app
cant hear them very well at all!!
At first I trouble getting in to do anything but after deleting it and downloading it again was a bit better now I have problems trying to download pictures to send off and I'm having to fill out my account all over again. Why? don't know but , I'm doing it, but than it tells me that the info. already exist.it like dah so why won't it let me get into.
