My experience with this company has been terrible. The last straw was paying $300 for my monthly plan, only for them to cancel it five days later without any notification. Now, as I prepare to pay for the next month, I discover I've been driving without insurance the entire time. They offered me only half of my money back. So they lost a customer that day. I later went to 'Glacier,' which offers better coverage at a lower cost. I would not recommend Direct Auto to anyone.
