I am using Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G (Android 16). After entering and submitting my email ID, the next page does not open. I have purchased an Accu-Chek Instant blood sugar monitor, but I am unable to complete the setup in the app. Please fix this issue urgently.
would be so much better if it has a journal entry feature instead of icons to use, I'd rather be able to personally write within the same app what's going on with me with words instead of going back to figure out what happened on what day and guessing at it with the icons available as opposed to writing what happened not as helpful as I hoped it would be but the connectivity is great
I would love to give this app 5* but there's one feature that frustrates me to no end. the fact you allow us to export our data from the app itself, in a lovely pdf file, but the issue is that your "last two weeks" option is actually a week behind and gives us information from 3 weeks ago and then the week after that. if we're using this to actually give to our medical professionals that help direct our therapy. we need the most up to date information. and even the "custom" option greys out the

Quick and easy to record daily glucose testing.
I have a Samsung A55 device to which it is impossible to connect. On a Xiaomi 15t Pro it was able to connect without problems. I restored the wifi and Bluetooth settings, I even performed a soft reset on the phone. When you have to enter the pin code, the pop-up window closes suddenly, making it impossible to write the pin code.
1 st time user. I like how easy it is for a new Diabetic Type 2 user
