Worthless. 1st time I tried to use it, some how a toll free number was entered into my account. we arent permitted to update the phone number. i called customer service. it recommended i us the in app chat. i sent the request through chat and they said to call customer service. i called again and received the same recording it said the average hold time was 2 minutes. 40 minutes later I hung up as I was still on hold.
