Cappy setup for app required for a single ride. Had to use. Barely worth the effort.

Attempted to rent a couple kayaks. The cage did not unlock for one which I reported on the app. I texted one from another cage. At the end they charged me for the one that did not unlock even after explaining it to their support. Said they would get back to me but of course never did. Also the app is rather unintuitive about how to reserve a kayak for use at a later time. Lastly the kayaks were not unsafe but had quite a lot of wear and tear as well as repairs. I do NOT commend.

the app is set up well but has issues with accepting payment methods. tried all forms and continued to say not able to process. ended up meeting a group of other people at the site trying to rent kayaks aswell who were having the same issue so I know it wasn't just my system having issues. I hope this is resolved soon as I'd really like to be able to utilize this service now that the weather is nice.

App used to be fine, now it is virtually unusable. It takes forever to figure out if there are available bike rental spaces, but at least once that happens I can rent a space. However to end the bike rental it tells me to replace my "kayak equipment" (I rented a bike space!?!) and doesn't have an option to unlock the door! I had to create a new rental to get into the locked bike locker space to retrieve my bike - just ridiculous.

nice concept but confusing at times. we completed the rental and locked our bikes up as expected. but then 3 hours later got notification that the rental had not yet been completed so we had to drive back over to that spot to formally end the rental. not sure what happened but it sure is a hassle. Even after returning it took over 20 minutes for the app and the hardware to work. This is the first and last time that I'll use this service.
