they ruined the app. nothing loads. Cannot see anything at all. the UI has potential however there is not one singular thing that works on the app. I am forced to use the website browser instead. also, their shipping is slow. and they ship their comics upside down in their bags and boards. I'll give a higher review when the app improves.

it's cool it just doesn't allow you to look up comics and sets it only lets you buy individual comics it seems like I tend to use eBay more for sets

Feb 2026 - STILL Completely useless app. Cannot login to my account. Don't bother downloading. EVERY EMAIL FROM SUPPORT ASKS THE SAME QUESTION WITH NO OTHER HELP OFFERED. THOUSANDS IN LOST SALES I SPENT AT YOUR COMPETITION OVER THE PAST FOUR MONTHS BECAUSE OF THIS.

It's very pathetic that I can log in to my account from the website, but I can't log in to the app because I get the error message "Login failed. Please verify your email and password and try again." This is why I stopped buying comics—same issue after 4 months.

Great company, app needs update. Icon and display needs update to work better with newer android phones. Icon shows up as too small in the circle. Android three button navigation doesn't show up against white background on bottom of app. Please update the app to be as high quality as the service!

It won't let me check out. After pressing the shipping option, nothing happens. So when I click X and press checl out, I just get "Please select shipping cycle."

Use the app and the website for preorders. They have great prices for preorders. The bags and boards leave something to be desired, but their packaging is solid, as of the last few years. Their customer service has also been lacking recently. They cancel orders or hold books and books you preordered at a discount are now only available at a significantly higher price. I was a big fan, but my confidence and opinion of Midtown has been declining significantly and quickly over the past few months

You can't send pre-orders to stores for free pick-up. The only options are to ship to home. Bucks I can't take advantage of the discounts. Please fix
