I can't log in now I have a color coming to me when I'd rather go to a color bar. I love the this hair die I don't have an allergic reaction. The website is terrible now I'm paying a high shipping rate. that is why I switched to going to the color bar.

it's impossible to use. I want to change my color selection and there is no way, I'm about to cancel because it doesn't let me to change color. RIDICULOUS!!!!!

it drives me crazy! it freezes, it glitches, it takes you in circles, not user friendly for making appointments and especially for selecting or changing your service. it has been like this for years and someone needs to update this app PLEASE!!!

The app does not work anymore. I've uninstalled and reinstalled with no change. Just will not permit me to log in anymore, making it functionally useless.

Madison Reed's in-salon services and stylists are of boutique salon quality and expertise--when performed by their African American male stylists. Their lady stylists of the same ethnicity are almost as good, and equally kind, hard-working, and honest. Madison Reed, you need to terminate many of your disgracefully incompetent, lazy, dishonest all-around female Caucasian stylists. Your best stylist, in every way, is Percy, who did my hair twice to perfection, and who is boutique salon-quality.

Horrible, buggy app that doesn't work. It's only good for browsing prices. Can't schedule an appointment - crashes every single time. And can't use it for check-in at appointments because on Android phones, the check-in button is too far down the screen, covered by Android navigation buttons.

the hair dye is great, ive been a customer for 7 years. the app is garbage. could barely even get the app to open, couldn't access my account (even though I can on web browser).
