My first and likely last time. Self check-in at AMS non-functionung so everyone had to que at service desk. Service desk was not to open until 90 minutes prior to boarding an international flight. Airport staff did start early due to size of line. Paid $75 to check extra bag as luggage size on website was smaller than typical carryon. Then, my bag did not arrive and they could not tell me for sure where it was. We'll see if I get it today. No complimentary drink other than water.

they make you use the app to file a customer complaint.. but then you can't use the customer complaint link in the app to find out anything about the complaint? maybe that's the intent?
