updating books is starting to lag on the app, and the app is starting to misidentify current volumes of titles as earlier ones. I'm having to use more placeholders than I used to.

Great idea for an app and sort of works. often slow to search and unresponsive buttons. no clue where the prices are coming from, I don't know anyone who sells books for anywhere near what they claim they are. it will help you get an idea of which of your books are worth looking into further.

love that while at a comic shop i can check values but wonder how accurate the value is as i have seen a wide gap between Hipcomic and say ebay or keycollector style sites. and need to make it simpler to add a comic that isnt listed also cannot add more then 1 as qty. unless you upload each one separate

Wanted to have an app to keep track of my comic collection, but this thing is so busted it can't even do that.

Consigned 139 comics. Offered $1,700, dropped to $600-700, received $135.40. "Review" via HipComic app took 19 min for 900+ books. Books auctioned for pennies in bulk lots with zero notification. Got multiple conflicting sales reports. They continued sales after claiming complete, had to demand payment. Tried reselling my comics in their stores at higher prices. Block reviews on Google, auto-generating 5-stars on site. Claim 100 locations, have ONE. Filed FTC, BBB & NC AG complaints. AVOID!

does not detect any comics. i read pretty mainstream comics, had uploaded over 200 and well over half had to be manually added .
