The game is awesome but really emotional and sad

I was able to play about 20 minutes, and then the game crashed. Now it won't load. From what little time I did play, I liked the game.

Judging from the demo, the game surely seems promising. The chapter select and two control schemes to choose from improve quality of life. It is unclear if it features a cloud save but that would surely be needed for this kind of game. I hope it does.
