I'm new to JBL products. The app is weak. My older speaker, the UE Boom 2 (which is at least a decade old), the speaker can be turned on from the app. The JBL app seems to take a while to connect to the Charge 6. The sound quality is great, but the app is disappointing. There's no way to give feedback on the app or website, so here I am.

Annoying that an app is needed for a speaker to report battery levels, instead of it reporting to the Bluetooth connections panel like my Sony earbuds. Also disappointed in the Clip 5 that I have to use the app for. Wouldn't recommend the brand at this point.
