This app will not allow me to delete old data unless I go through each individual message. If you just delete the data it auto restores and I'm not able to stop it. With Samsung messenger going away I need to find a new app.

Had to switch to my old messaging app. used this app since I could, and now I can't open the app, when I open a contact/message, it just shows a black screen. Tried resetting my phone, force closing the app, and left it alone for a day. Still not working, so I'm switching. Unsure if it even let me still receive any message since this happened.

Can't forward a message. I spent over an hour with AI troubleshooting this. Forward was in the More menu but now it's gone. We looked everywhere and tried approximately a dozen things. Nothing worked.
how can i find to which sim a sms is recieved.
I'm just going to start using WhatsApp like all my friends have done.. Google Messages is a joke!!!! UPDATE..When I made the switch, I not only can't see ANY of my Samsung messages, I can't use Google messages because it said it'll take up to 24 hours for Samsung messages to cross over to Google. I'll use WhatsApp for friends that have WhatsApp, but what about everyone else????? Wonder if Google Messages will be tied into surveillance on American citizens...
do not like being forced to abandon the feature rich customizable Sansung app for your boring plain non customizable messenger I dont think you force people off a better product until you can offer the same. to me google is becoming like apple. tgey have no intention of making changes. it's all talk
