be careful guys they use the term of use tricks auto renewal should not be automatic and after that a refund should be eligible specially when no service is made and the contact with the same day to refund this is part of their response "I have reviewed the account, and I could not find any cancellation requests within the trial period; thus, the monthly membership fee was applied. I only needed their service once and I completely forgot about the subscription so I canceled the subscription and requested a refund twice since I haven't use the service but only one time and I had received no response at all after a week of emailing them. Absolutely terrible wouldn't recommend. Just use CarFax
This is a fradulent company that has poor vehicle lookup history, they don't offer good information on cars especially salvaged vehicles like its competitors. They also cajole you to pay for one time report fees, once you enter your credit card details, they deactivate your ability to cancel subscription from their page and charge you monthly subscription fees before you even realise. I strongly recommend avoiding using this platform for vehicle history lookup

Never signed up for anything but the 7 days at $2, and they have charged me 2 months at 30 dollars a month and will not refund even though I have only used it twice on the first day and they can admitted they can see that. Check Vins elsewhere.

Make sure you call and cancel when you're done. it's a decent service that's affordable and does what it says. the 7 day membership is a good price. just make sure you cancel when you're done, cause they'll try to auto renew and charge you $30.
app just randomly stops recognizing any vin you type, even AFTER YOU PAID FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION
