gloss genius has been so easy for my clients and myself to navigate.
best app I've used in the past but now there are so many glitches. it changes back and forth from beta calendar to the new calendar then back again . This is frustrating and takes more time to navigate.
Won't let me login and the app just doesn't work. Stays on the logo.
At my breaking point! I don't know what they've done with the new update, but I am no longer receiving any push notifications from this app . I don’t even know when I have appointment requests, unless I go into the app periodically, and check through out the day. I have confirmed with my phone provider and also with Google that they have not received any push notifications from this app for almost a month. This is absolutely ridiculous!. I called their customer service over a week ago.. nothing!
I've been using Lost genius for about a year now. So far sservice end is pretty good from what I've experienced. My only complaint is they withhold a lot of the best features for the gold tier. They do not recommend the gold tier for solo stylists. As an individual I would love to have access to some of the more advanced features without having to drastically increase my monthly subscription charge. I guess that's just the way the world!
app freezes on calender and i can't add appointments. It works fine on my apple phone but not my android tablet.
This app is the bane of my existence. Runs slow or doesn't open at all, there are innumerous issues with the functionality of the app and with the desktop version. I should be able to add multiple services across different service providers, I should be able to drag and drop an appointment to different providers. The list goes on and on and on. To add a cherry to the top of it all - customer service is trash.
I've never had an issue with this app until recently. It now automatically logs me out every time I close it, which is extremely annoying because I use it multiple times a day. I've also had to change my password multiple times now because the app claims I'm using the wrong password, but when I try to make a new one, it also claims I'm trying to reuse an old password! Which is it?!
