I love the app. Easy to use, shows you everything clearly and I do like the pay the 2 day before option. I suppose to fly to Dubai and out of obvious reasons I couldn't. Cancelations of my tours super easy and because I didn't pay before I don't had to wait on money back. I went to Orlando and booked again over "my guide" . Everything went well, prices like the day I booked, reminders of your tours per email . I will definitely keep the app

easy, efficient and reliable
Booked a 3 day 2 night trip to Lan Ha and Ha Long Bay on the Regina. was a fabulous trip with a spacious cabin comfy bed great bathroom and private balcony. The best food great Staff especially our Lily and tour guide James. We loved the 2 nights with time to relax and do activities. Was not too busy as I have read and not dirty. The boat was classic in style, just lovely.

very good travel app if you wants ideas for what to do on your travels. using their discount code makes many activities cheaper than booking direct. they send you all details right away. it's essential for travellers. 🙌
booked tickets , got code to download tickets ( twice,) still not showing in app. guess I need to find someone to print off for me which is a pain. ( would of given 5 stars if that had worked .
good app
I have been using Get Your Guide since 2023. Always the best experience no matter which country I visit. Right now I'm in Rome.
Booked tickets on website, then you are FORCED to install this App to get to your tickets even though it says they will share your personal details with 3rd parties. Then I immediately tried to uninstall the app, I tried several times uninstalling it by selecting the uninstall X. Wouldn't work. Then went to my phone settings to uninstall... wouldn't work either. In the end the ONLY way to uninstall it was to go back to Google Play and uninstall from there. By then I was very relieved it worked!
