Terrible!!
Hands down the worse shipping company in the world. frequent failed delivery attempts because driver too lazy to attempt delivery and just lie instead. drivers are as dumb as thier AI assistants. if I know someone ships with FedEx, I wont even buy from them... not even for free!! This bussiness should be eradicated!
It's truly astonishing, they have a refund to process. And after two months they insist they need more time for it! I'm stunned.

The app works fine but the driver employees really suck at there jobs, always sending packages to wrong address or saying buyer didn't want package when they didn't even come to the house. most of the time feels like they are stealing the packages. when reported the company basically says not there problems. they need to start having dashcams for the driver so that they will stop pocketing packages.

it does a good job of tracking but it gets the expected delivery date wrong all the time and its rather disappointing. for a company that prides itself in on-time deliveries, you would think that their app would be better at telling exactly when its being delivered..
