Many times the app says, "charger available". Go to the station, 2 in use 2 broken and OOS, but multiple cars sitting waiting. The 2 OOS dont work for the group waiting. But app still says 2 available. Umm.. Why not have the app detect and help route drivers away from OOS chargers? Probably your engineers make any useful software into complex BS, like most of software industry. Now your graphql MVVM slow complex BS software has a line of cars waiting in 90° heat 👍👎 Ego engineer BS, they sux

dumb app. Sometimes I stand next to the charging station and the statipn never showed up on the app map and I coukdnt charge it. i habe to close and reopen the app a few times and wasted 15-20 minutes before it started to show up and work again!

Fails to send SMS confirmation numbers. No, I haven't blocked the number. Yes, I am receiving messages from other numbers. Yes, I have reinstalled the app. No, this is not a new account. FIRST RULE OF BUSINESS: DO NOT MAKE IT HARD FOR PEOPLE TO GIVE YOU MONEY

the station disconnected me and I got a 17 $ idle fee with almost no electricity delivered. customer service would not help me. never using electrify America again.

as far as I can tell, EA's lowest price here in California is 51¢/kWh, and that's with the $7/mo Pass+ discount. For comparison, Tesla superchargers in my area are as low as 31¢/kWh off-peak and 46¢/kWh peak. There need to be affordable charging options for apartment dwellers outside of Tesla. Do better, EA. How about capturing some of that 1000 watts per square meter coming free from the sky and reselling that cheaper? Certainly people would prefer the car being in the shade when charging.

I'm unable to change subscription plans, I've tried unsubscribing from pass+ to pass but the app does not confirm change of status, there is no "PASS" option to change from "PASS+" I'VE been charged a $7 pass+ fee when none should have been charged. I've reached out to customer service regarding this GLITCH as well. please repair the app so that customers can downgrade or upgrade as needed.
