the drivers on there bikes are a menace!! not to mention there is 5or6 using the same account Ive had the same driver be three different people good security😳they massively upcharge for there service and to top it all they don't take complaints or even have a number to call this organisation should be banned there's no way most of what they do is legal had a drive trying kick my car today after he broke a red light and I barely missed him he had phone in hand plus using order phone on bike safe
This app has gone downhill with too long a waiting time then to receive cold food isn't great

app saying 20 to 50 minutes delivery. almost two hours and can't cancel because they started preparing the order. they have started preparing the order since the first minute. really bad
App is not direct to the point. It teases the customers that it's "free delivery" but there's a hidden fee or fine print somewhere that there's a "service fee". So, it's the same as paying for having it delivered.
It is now impossible to get help with order. Orders are running late.
im a first time deliveroo plus memeber and ordering from restaurants was great,no issues but ordering from asda was a nightmare! There was multiple cancellations after they accepted my order and I told deliveroo on the chat but they always gave a same response which doesn't help. I would not recommend the deliveroo plus subscription, and im definitely cancelling my subscription.
Always they deliver the food late and the food delivered cold
