wont ever connect to my brand new out of the box headphones, luckily the headphones work perfectly fine without this trash app
This app functions as advertised and helps to show you how to connect your headphones to your phone, but it simply isn't necessary which is why I have given it 2 stars. It is essentially bloatware imo because anything you can do with this app you can also accomplish without it just using the headphones themselves. I don't need just another app running needlessly in the background of my phone thank you.
my headphones shouldn't need an app. headphones have never needed an app in the past. like my jlabs that I am replacing with the bose didn't need it they just had more buttons.
I dont know how such a high value company can make such a dumb app. worked fine. Started not working. Have now unpaired/disconnected, restarted, factory reset, uninstall and reinstalled. Yet this app cannot for the life of it find my earbuds that were connected just fine before. Want to update? Sure but cant even do that if the app cant find or connect to the device that needs updating. how the hell can google find it just fine, Samsung just fine, yet those built for bose app cant do it.
App deleted my headphones setup, is prompting me to sign in which I tried to skip, but it won't let me add my headphones back. I shouldn't need to login to an app to use my headphones
the app actually stops your earbuds/headphones working properly, has been an issue reported for years, and had nothing done about it, it will cause fully at random, your earbuds or headphones to stop playing audio, with you needing to disconnect and reconnect to fix it, as it's still connected to the device this doesn't happen anymore once you delete the app and pair your earbuds again outside of it don't use the app, Bose breaks their own products with it
The problem with bose is hearing her self not hearing customers demands the old update was perfect why they change no answer why they cancel microphone in soundlink flex micro 2 Gen no answer.. I bought bose soundlink micro 2gen before 3 month and I have bose soundlink flex 2.. I m a big fan of bose products from years a go.. I was going to buy soundlink max For my daughter But I'm thinking to buy from other brand for Better features, higher specifications, and a better price
Great app to go along with some awesome earbuds! Bose products are simply the BEST!
This app makes headphones almost unusable. App hangs on loading screen forever so I can't get my headphones to connect. Definitely buying Sony next time
