it stops working all the time the system will say that must have alams turned on to work I will go to try to turn on alarms it won't let me but later on I'll go check this setting and the alarm setting will be turned on it will just say not working yet still pick up movement I don't get it!

ever since update camera isn't connecting. was working last night but now it has connection error.

had for many years no dark mode so your blinded by a white screen at night (they gave the apple a dark mode...) always advertising over priced useless features you don't need. logs me off and forces me to go to tutorial every couple of weeks which isnt ideal when you checking in on a crying baby shame on them for adding any friction to a system I payed money for... do they not acknowledge that I bought this they are not renting or leasing a system to me and should act accordingly.

Keeps on saying connection error got 3 cameras all been fine until tonight spent about 3 hours messing about to no avail these have been really good cameras up until now deleted account reinstalled app pairs and connected to all 3 devices but keeps saying connection error all time on free plan maybe something has changed? Now I'm left with 3 cameras completely useless not happy chappy 😡 oh and bye the way bought my first one many years ago and all been fine up until now. Is there still a free 1

Disappointed . Hubble keep taking my annual subscription , but do not any longer assist me with an offline camera issue. Their excuse is my model a Focus 73 cam is not assisted any longer due to obsolescence. It’s only 7 years old
