they way they handle fan accounts with artist accounts is completely broken and irritating. i CANNOT log into my fan account. artist page every single time. the app? either doesn't recognize it or tells me to create a fan account. fix this. stop making me download the app to log into my fan account on mobile nobody wants to do that

allows download of (purchased) music but it can be played only in Bandcamp app

Disgusting abuse of artists. No purchases allowed, no tipping artists allowed. Why would bandcamp cheat themselves as well as the artists by not allowing to pay for a free album? Why would bandcamp not offer a way to update a credit card or pay with Google pay? It's like they are trying to ruin themselves.

after spending my hard earned money on this site, they decided to just take away my purchases, and offer nothing to compensate. when there is an issue, they don't help, they just blame the artists and expect small musicians to fix their mistakes (if you can even call, intentionally pulling access to paid for products a mistake.)

no dark mode on a music app is unforgivable, otherwise pretty basic functionality and ui

App is solid to play my huge collection while on the road. Wishful option: Ability to move app to expanded storage to cache tunes for areas that has weal cell signal.

Did I make a mistake in giving you my info? What brought me to this app was Dead Can Dance, I bought their Serpent's Egg (remastered) album via Amazon Music (my usual source), and I see no way to buy the album. My music tastes are my own and not anybody else's. Guess I'll have to stop buying music from all sources and let the artists starve. I already cancelled my Amazon Music account, do I need to do the same with the useless BandCamp?!?!?
