Buckle-up for a wild ride in pure frustration and epic time-waste as you try try, and try again to make sense of the Alcatraz-esque log-in protocols that will require numerous trips into the dark void of Customer Service to try and crack. You will delve into the dark arts of app management (without using wi-fi or a VPN mind you), as you attempt to navigate yourself towards the hallowed and deeply secured gateway that is this all mighty holder of tickets you have paid for yet can never use. :(

usually works fine but for the last week, it keeps logging me out and then fails to log back in. Even if I just come out of the app for a second, it logs me out.

bought tickets for Badminton RHS flower show, cannot get to them, tried everything but cannot understand the tech rigmarole they put you through. never had any problem buying tickets before.

the login process is extremely painful and cumbersome. ask password, ask reset, ask phone number, ask passkey. shut also , all reviews you see here are 1*, while the average comes 4.7* . REALLY SUS

crashes constantly, makes me log in every time, and then thinks I'm a bot because of it. it also asks you to review the app but won't let you submit a negative rating
