Jesus Mary & Joseph (and the wee donkey) please allow us to pin 📌 items we use often. I have to open the app every time and scroll the long list of stuff that is completely irrelevant to me just to find let's say the main gate or mail room. if you would just allow users to hide the things they dont want to see this would be awesome

description is misleading and does not tell you that most features do not work unless you pay the ridiculously high fee for monitoring. for example the doorbell doesn't record but you could buy a similar doorbell for about a hundred bucks that records on a SD card for FREE

the batteries in the door of my mom's home keep malfunctioning. She was in heart failure and family was trying to get into the home, but they couldn't. 911 personnel found her deceased the next day...

this app is reliable and convenient. the only real complaint I have with it is, why can you not star the gates you use the most to show up on your home screen dashboard, rather than have to cycle through the 20+ other gates on the property. This would help streamline entering the app and moving right to opening, the preferred gates you set as starred. seems like it would be a pretty easy coding update.
