Ive used this service for several leases and payed them all off within the 90 days. Then one day about 3 months ago I tried to start a new lease and I go through the entire process only to end up with a lil box that pops up saying cant verify me. I called customer service and they were absolutely no help.After 3 months I finally got it to get to the plaid connection process but the app wont work at all after that. I uninstal and reinstall l the app and now its back to that "we cant verify you "

everytime I try to shop and I need to verify Amazon or anything that requires me to go out the screen. email anything. when I go back into the app im forced to start all over it sucks

I had set a payment up to be taken on the 8th of July. They took a payment on the 3rd of July for June payment.\n They have debit, my rent money. I talked to an individual, and he said that I owed for March. I have never been a payment behind 1 week behind in March, so my money was taking on the 3rd of July for a payment. They said, I missed in March. I would like to be taken off of the electronic withdrawal out of my account. I Go.\nForward a paying my payment myself
