doesn't work like it used to
Great reporting on issues that matter, they make a difference in Houston. They are the people who keep the checks & balances in their place.
I think I'd be a great idea to upgrade the app for 3G service to 5G. that way I would not have to wait 30-45 seconds for the video to actually play! I've cleared cache, unistalled and reinstalled to no prevail. I downloaded it to my work phone and what do you know it still is horrible. If you stick around to watch a video it has to be VERY instructing, even then you get so frustrated you give up half the time.

Can't get it to come up on phone
screen times out when watching video. app doesn't keep screen on. even when watching it full screen (it won't switch to landscape) the screen times out. the app should force the screen to stay on but it doesn't.
