this app sucks, it is just a stupid way to get your dumb photos from the hospital photo guy. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS DUMB APP UNLESS YOU NEED IT FOR YOUR HOSPITAL PHOTOS!
I really love this app, Im 11 days post partum and its been a great help for breastfeeding and any question I may have as a new mom.
I love how their team checks in on us parents. Its nice having a real non judgemental person to ask question. They also have wonderful articles to read.

I love this app. Is it perfect? No, the AI built in is sometimes too chatty BUT it generally provides good feedback & ideas. You should vet what you get back, like with any AI. But it has been an indispensable part of my first time parenting. The articles & videos within the app are nice, short, & informative. I like the toolkits. I dont use the tracking functionality. The What to Expect app has a more robust tracking system that's more flexible & reliable for me. That'd be my Only negative.
It is an obnoxious bait and switch scam. While beaten up and tired in the postpartum room, a photographer tells us that she the hospital is giving us a free gift of pictures that will cost 250+tip for digital copies. We agree. But we have to pay another $40 unless we download this spam- and slop-collecting app that was completely useless even before claude.ai made it totally obsolete. They are preying on parents that have just survived 24+ hours of labor and they suck.
Forced free trial. Deleting immediately.
Total scam. Charged me for subscription service without my consent after I purchased a package of photos of my newborn baby at the hospital 3mo prior. Just wanted the photos, nothing else. Had to request a refund and deletion of all my personal data they'd collected. On top of that, the app itself is difficult to navigate on purpose because they don't want you to figure out how to reach their customer service people and file a complaint. AVOID this company like the plague!
good app and service but a night mode/dark screen mode would be a life saver for people like me who's baby notices any small bit of light in the dark. the white screen makes use during night wake ups and night nursing sessions really difficult
